YTH Collective is governed by a board of directors and advised by local pastors. 

When you give to YTH COLLECTIVE, your donation goes towards helping us fund our events that we like to have at no cost. The average tenure of a youth pastor is 18 months with many of them being underpaid and under-resourced. Since 2020, we’ve served over 600 next gen leaders reaching 8 different cities and have partnered with local events that have seen hundreds of students impacted by the gospel. We hope to continue and partner with local churches in building healthy youth ministries, led by healthy youth pastors so that the future of the church can be built on a non-competitive, unified, kingdom building foundation.
